Brazil nut shells provide an ideal shelter in many natural habitats for the terrarium animals we care for.
Furthermore, when filled with water, they are used by many poison dart frogs as a “breeding water” for their tadpoles.
When used as decoration in the terrarium, they quickly grow moss etc. under good climatic conditions and are then an eye-catcher in every terrarium.
The shell of the Brazil nut is not chemically treated and is suitable as hiding place.
The Brazil nut seeds that are originally in the shell are only released after the shell has decomposed.
The shell is very woody and can also be used as a bowl .
We would like to point out that this is a natural product and that no two pieces are alike.
