Water Treatment Additive for Dendrobates and Others.
In nature, many frog species spawn or lay their tadpoles in so-called phytothems. These tiny bodies of water contain many biological substances that positively influence the well-being of the tadpoles. We have mimicked this water solution with our tadpole tea.
Depending on the water hardness, a mixture of 3-5 tablespoons per liter should be added. Since the acids and tannins contained in the tea lower the pH value, sufficient carbonate hardness must be ensured as a buffer.
