In developing Natureholic Cambarellusfeed, we deliberately avoided using low-quality animal meal, especially fish meal. The insects and krill it contains provide the feed with its high-quality protein content. They also contain nutritionally essential chitin , which supports the dwarf crayfish, particularly during shell formation and molting . The molting and growth hormone ecdysone , which is also naturally present in insects and crustaceans, can support and promote the delicate molting process.

These delicious soft sticks provide your dwarf crayfish with all the necessary nutrients for normal growth and successful reproduction. We spent a long time developing Natureholic Cambarellusfeed , creating a very special blend of vitamins and trace elements that, unlike other competitor products, contains mineral compounds partly from organic sources . Salmon oil provides important unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids and also contains natural astaxanthin , which supports your dwarf crayfish in their coloration and can ensure even more radiant brown, black and orange .

To specifically prevent deficiencies in your dwarf crayfish, we have included our vitamin mix : Vitamin D3 for the calcium metabolism of the shrimp as important support during molting, Vitamin A for the development of the subcutaneous tissue and eggs, to support the immune system and especially as an antioxidant to protect against reactive molecules and bacteria, and Vitamin C, which is also an important antioxidant and is also needed for smooth molting.

Our proven mineral mix contains iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), and manganese (Mn) , which are trace elements required by dwarf crayfish for the formation of a variety of important enzymes , thus ensuring smooth molting. Furthermore, trace elements are necessary for the formation of various hormones , such as the growth hormone ecdysone, and for protein production, thereby supporting the normal growth of dwarf crayfish .

The water-stable yet soft sticks , measuring approximately 10 mm, are easily gripped by dwarf crayfish with their claws and slowly nibbled away. This results in less water pollution , as the sticks do not break down into their individual components and seep into the substrate like other food sticks. Their excellent digestibility also contributes to good water hygiene.

Feeding recommendation : Feed 1-2 times daily, giving only as much as the animals can consume in a few minutes. Feed sparingly; 1-3 sticks are usually sufficient for a dwarf crayfish.
